Adanma Ugwunna: Lead Consultant: Adanma Ugwunna has over ten years work experience in human resources management spread across various industries ranging from legal practice, maritime, education and mortgage banking.
Adanma was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2012 and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Managers of Nigeria (CIPMN), a Certified Senior Human Resources Management professional with HRCI and the former head of the Human Resources Department of a leading mortgage bank in Nigeria. Adanma’s HR experience spans multiple industries such as Ports Management, Legal Practice, Mortgage Banking, Advertising, Education Technology and Advertising.
Adanma is a also certrified trainer and change management Specialist whose current project includes an overhauling and redesigning of the HR processes of various orgaisations including a Microfinance Institution (MFI), a leading real estate company and a loan credit company. She has handled capacity building for an Education Institution, an Social Enterprise and facilitates learning sessions.
